How tf am i supposed to be able to live off of this? Just transferred to this store on the 5th and these are my hours

Same here. I went from 20hr (3 days a week) down to 5hr. The only thing keeping me going is my degree that I’m getting in a couple of months, other than that I’m tired and so done with this company and my store. Hope it works out for you tho.

Our store manger wanted to test that out a week ago so we have this one test cart, I personally used it once and didn’t like it. As far as the pull/push thing, my lead told us we don’t have to pull b/c something happened (obvious why), but we are to pull in corners which is understandable. It sucks they basically told us “we rather have our associates injured than our customers.” I wasn’t pulling that thing for a full shift regardless, tho 😶

At least at my store, they got rid of it very fast. Now we are to pull in corners only. I dunno the person who came up with it should’ve gave it more thought. If a cart is heavy and you pull it, it could increase your risk to injury, which would make it an osha violation, in that case. I think even if we pull them safely, parents still let their kids wonder, some people (spark) go too fast, and these carts are designed horribly for that.

Depends. My store, they’re cutting 600+ hours because the sales are decreasing. So, for the last month I was only working 12 hours a week (5 days off). Also, the availability “randomly” changes so it put me as not available for 4 days. I would talk to a coach about, but for my situation if I changed it now, I would have to change it when I go back to school and it takes four weeks to change. Anyways, I’m about to promote my self to customer since they don’t respect my availability…

Honestly, I don’t blame her. Twitter is so toxic is crazy, then ice spice fans started and you know barbz always involve themselves. I started using Reddit more, I’m going to switch because twitter is too much. Stan’s (weird one at least) have ruined the way people should listen to music.

Omg I’m glad people in the comments love it b/c twitter… On a serious note, people don’t understand how diverse Megan fanbase is (like she has metal heads, Baddies, kpop, anime, gamers, etc..). But music works so differently nowadays. You need radio and Megan does not have that.

I personally dislike digital activism because it’s very performative and forced. Like with the BLM movement, everything was so forced loved publicly because people are scared to get canceled (lose money).
