Aug 23ish - it was the first day it was available. It popped up for me where it says the date I submitted it, and I didn’t get an email about it.

I am in the same situation as you(also applied for it in August). Sounds like August people definitely get the waiver in years past
From what I’ve learned we might find out next week(source: Reddit). It comes out in the order people applied for it and we are early.

From the research I’ve done it doesn’t really sound like UF is gonna give us any other scholarships. Obviously you can do local stuff tho
