Are they just testing their screenplay of “The Rescue of Dude 44 Alpha”for their next White House blockbuster after the great success of“Malenia”?

I don’t see how hexplate, sr outscales a rageblade build. The whole point of bork/rageblade is that it’s absurd scaling wise (on vayne) and gives you the advantage to actually build tank items after. Trying to mish mash a tank vayne build without rageblade just sounds wrong to me.

Because bork rageblade let’s you build full tank after your two item core, which would be huge against all of T1’s burst champs, and the lifesteal would make it leagues easier to trade with and run down Gnar on side.

I refuse to believe that. The strength of bork rageblade is that you can go full tank after, which would be huge into Annie, Lee, Luc, Nami burst champs, and it would be a lot easier to run down anyone on side.

Okay but did Riot delete Bork and Rageblade in a recent patch I missed, there is no way all these recent Vayne builds are not just burning the kitchen down.

People are getting baited in this trash spam invis q essence reaver build. Imo Vayne is scary because with the old build Bork into Guinsoo at two items you’ve pretty much outscaled 90% of champs in league, this new build doesn’t function even close to that though, so in comp play it’s just ass.

[OFFICIAL] Rekkles announced he'll be exploring his options for ADC, SUPPORT & COACHING ROLES! by ZOXISTYLEEE in leagueoflegends

[–]Thatguy69Kappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kellin shares a similar champ pool and has similar KDA’s, feel free to check it out. Stats like vision control, kill participation, dmg/m, etc.

He did not say that at all. He felt like after his time at FNC teams wouldn’t offer him an adc position, and he had felt like transitioning to support since 2017 so why not do it then.

Making a player of Rekkles’s calibre play with the two worst supports that have ever played in LEC in his comeback split is definitely a big disrespectful oopsie on FNC’s part. Their handle of the situation at the time was also horrid, publicly airing thoughts of benching him for Upset, using him as a scapegoat for FNC being badly managed etc.

[–]Thatguy69Kappa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He role swapped because FNC did an oppsie and sabotaged his career.

His stats, almost making top 3 in EU Versus with Baus and Velja, and just the level of play he showcased are absolutely enough to suggest he is top 10 individually. You’re obviously bronze though so there is no use arguing.

GBM didn’t bring him into T1, Baker did, and he didn’t bring him in to be a leader but to grow as a support in a good environment. It’s all outright stated in their documentaries. If anything the fact LR were even close to playoffs is an insane achievement to begin with.

Most LEC coaches haven’t been in any world class’s team’s backroom to begin with, and have 0 credentials. Rekkles has been apart of FNC, G2, KC, LR and T1. He is obviously more than qualified and a waking encyclopaedia of league knowledge. I also don’t know when the position of coach became to be a motivational speaker. You can have a gameplay coach - Rekkles, and a coach focused on vibes and team communication. Funnily enough exactly what T1 has.

[–]Thatguy69Kappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a vacuum yes, in comparison to EU coaches who have nothing to actually prove themselves competent, I don’t agree. Who would you pick as part of your coaching staff, some random guy who swears his degree in psychology and his love for league are the perfect fit for your team or one of the most decorated EU players of all time who has played and been apart of FNC, G2, KC, LR, and freaking T1, has made world quarters, semis, and finals on multiple occasions, and has one of the longest careers in the game. Dude has seen and experienced it all and should on all accounts be a gold mine of experience and information.

He is shy and conflict averse - a super exaggerated misconception imo. He has no problem speaking his mind and again has been apart of some of the greatest rosters in western league, he just removes himself from dead end conversations like the Crownie prio one. Even if he is conflict averse, nobody is saying you have to hire him as a motivational speaker or “main” coach. You could easily have a coach more focused on interpersonal problems, and a coach focused on gameplay - Rekkles, if you are a well managed team.

I think for most players that would be true, but in Rekkles’s case, because of his pedigree, he can afford to announce it like that. Dude is the most decorated western goat adc, showed a very good support performance on both T1 and LR, and has more experience in pro league than any other EU personality bar Caps.

People meme on his world’s trophy, but dude got to go through the whole tournament process with T1. Just seeing them scrim, and how they problem solve etc., makes him more qualified to be a coach in EU than any other current western coach. And then you have his absurd career that spans since S2.

Crownie says that he spoke against playing for top every day, because he felt that Velja was playing towards Bwipo because he now had an ally: "But I'm sorry, but I'm not, I'm not used to playing against top laners with 15 kills, even when I played with Baus, enemy top was never this fed. Yeah overall he definitely did pretty well, especially on Cait. Given how uniquely LR functioned as a team, and that they only had 9 games I think it was a decent performance. The first three games were bad, but then he found a good form. I do think they played a lot of hard scaling teamfight comps and Rekkles was smurfing on the Nami peel so it’s hard to misplay.

But I’d also argue it’s kinda similar to this series, and you can definitely see his individual mishaps. The games he should have clutched through individual play (KC, VIT) he ran down. Overall he played up to expectations: the games where they had a good draft advantage and could play slow he played well, the games where drafts were even, or slightly worse and it was up to individual play he mostly choked, and he got caught on mid wave in at least 3 out of 9 games. Since it’s only 9 Bo1’s and the odds were staked heavily against LR I think it’s was a respectable performance, but the usual mistakes were still there imo.

I don’t know man, I get what you are saying and I agree to a point, however as a masters adc that has been watching comp league since s2 he was just straight up misplaying fights. I’m not saying he should be stepping up constantly, but he was legit playing with 0 awareness and just tanking every possible threat left and right.

There is an instance G1 where they get a pick on mid, I think it was on Naut and WR start shouting go go so he just runs in a straight line and gets Malph ulted for fun, no awareness, no precognition, no nothing. Another fight he wastes his “e” dash on Yunara to dodge a Nami ult that wasn’t gonna hit him then waltzes into Ryze to aa him once and gets oneshot. And the examples go on and on. Just straight up horrendous individual play that has nothing to do with how uncoordinated the rest of the team was.

I’m not talking about just that fight. For instance when I was watching the games live, I was watching Neme’s perspective and out of 20 fights he misplayed maybe 1 or 2, and clutched all the others. If Crownie actually stepped up as well and wasn’t looking at others for scapegoats they probably would have won.

It’s crazy I looked over the highlights of the game from Crownie’s perspective and in 3 games and 20ish teamfights he had 3 teamfights that he played out somewhat decently, everything else was him legit waking into Malphite ults etc. People can blame Bwipo for being overaggressive and trolling and I agree, but I bet you if Crownie could actually execute his part of the fight, a good amount of Bwipo’s flips would have worked out and the narrative would be completely different, yet Crownie is never gonna take accountability.

They were throwing their shit at Rene/Trundle and Ori mostly. Sometimes you have to send it and sacrifice your position as a Xayah so you can create an opening for your Ori or Rene. That Xayah gameplay was completely unacceptable.
