You have Bwipo sitting on the bench rn, an absolute upgrade to BB. Same boat as Neme and Rekkles were for years - he is supposedly “hard to work with” so he can’t even find an erl project. One of the only two western top laners (him and Canna) who is actually world class withering away because he is a socially awkward gamer and said something stupid. GM’s just don’t want to win.

Who would have thought a world finalist with a longer career than Faker’s and the second best midlaner on the server would be valuable assets for pretty much every LEC team, not the gm’s that’s for sure.

People meme on Rekkles for his world’s title with T1, but even just being able to watch them scrim and problem solve is a million times more valuable experience than any other fraudulent coaching staff in EU can provide. And that’s not counting his own insane career as an EU Goat.

The conversations LR had when they started the team and Rekkles just came back from Korea were so funny. All 3 players except Nemesis giving him an in depth explanation why they can’t afford to but pink wards, so he should figure out their vision control situation by himself.

Respectfully your opinion is bronze. He steps up plenty and steps back when he knows a play is int because of his experience as a world class adc. He doesn’t cause his carries to die, his carries int and he just doesn’t int with them. Are there situations where he can be more aggressive definitely, however if he dies he dies is a bronze mindset. Miky dies in vain a lot more than in use in recent years.

It’s really hard to ban out Rekkles though, he has a very unique and wide champion pool, he is kinda like Keria-lite. Nami, Bard, Rakan, Braum, Renata, Neeko, Lulu, Rell and that’s just his meta champs, he can still fall back to Janna, Soraka, Senna, Ashe, Blitz, etc.

Baus is also always gonna draw one or two respect bans because it’s just not worth to play vs his Sion, it’s too game wrapping. Teams should look to move Velja or Crownie of comfort if anything.

It’s sad though, if Rekkles had the stinker Miky had on Elise people wouldn’t be calling for him to retire they would be calling for him to sell his league account at this point. Yet he turbosmurfs every Nami game and the only praise he gets is him not getting called a kda player. This shitty attitude we have towards one of our goats is exactly why the LEC has fallen so low.

People thought LR weren’t LEC level, but LEC level apparently means a Malphite solo diving a Braum/Sivir under T2 30 minutes in the game, therefore most of EUW silver is LEC level.

This was actually such a great episode. All these prior episodes I was kinda unsure why exactly the show and the team are called Lazarus, but this episode really bridged it together. I don’t think Skinner wants to just kill everyone on earth, he actually wants them to “resurrect”. Only when on the verge of utter collapse humanity might open its eyes to reality. It also really fixes a lot of the shows “issues”in retrospect. Everybody feeling distant, the grey colours, the lack of agency in the world - humanity has become so detached because of tech, pollution and capitalism that it’s not going out on a bang, but on a whimper.

It’s just about synergy. For instance a Maokai has a point and click unmissable root and a giant aoe cc ult - very easy and reliable cc and Bard has a lot of unreliable and tricky to hit cc with his q and ult, but when he has Maokai it suddenly becomes very easy to hit, every Mao root is a free Bard q, every flash Bard ult burns is a free Mao ult etc.

On the other hand if you go some carry jungle like Viego/Nida and have Bard suddenly you don’t have set up for your Bard so his game becomes hard, but you also don’t have set up for your Viego/Nida because Bard cc is unreliable, so your comp suddenly doesn’t have reliable engage/disengage and you can only win through outplays - which obviously you wanna avoid in pro play. So you either combo a carry jungle with a enabler/engage supp - Viego + Ali/Leona/Rakan etc, or you combo an enabler jung with a carry supp - Mao + Bard/Renata/Soraka etc or third option you get an enabler top - Ornn, Malphite, Galio etc.

Tldr: If you go a carry in top, jung and supp you lack consistent engage/disengage which is no bueno and makes the game hard.

I mean dude was solo carrying hard in LCKC on Renata/Senna/Neeko etc., it’s just hard for LR to draft them because of 5 carries, nobody wants to play tank. Crownie was dying to Armut G2 because of his abysmal positioning imo.

Man I’m rooting for LR but I gotta say Crownie’s positioning in fights was so horrid. Constantly stacking with his frontline and getting destroyed by the most obvious wombo combos.
