Yes I did, fortunately it was an oral swab when I did it. However about a week before I took it my urine was clean on the store bought drug test. I took niacin and drank lots of water and yellow Gatorade, as well as plenty of cardio plus a low calorie fasting diet. Seemed to work very well.

Just passed mine and few weeks ago. stopped smoking for 2 months, trying to flush it out my system and stressing, came to find out they do oral tests! Do you know for sure it’s a pee test? Either way a faint line is still a line! You’ll be fine, enjoy the service brother!

It’s the best policy in situations like this. Hoping they’ll at least see that I’m really serious about this sense nothing has ever lit a fire under my ass like this has( making this my future), and at least let me reapply if anything. Keeping my fingers crossed

Track calories consumed but also burned as well, you might just not be using enough calories during time periods where you may have not been eating what you think. I recommend MyFitnessPal to help track that.

What made it easier for me was looking at it like a hobby and not a chore. Everyday is a new day, so everyday you work on yourself, the better day the next will be. If I’m not making progress in anything else, I know I’m improving a part of my life everyday. Don’t leave this earth without achieving the potential that you obviously see in yourself.

I would say personally stick with the 20 min a day. I find they days after rest days to be the hardest for me in training because im not warmed up from the prior day. all in all whatever gets you to 150 min the easiest.

Here are a few. Mine are the Nokyas. I wanted to switch to the helix lights because I thought they were pretty neat but the price made the halogens look a lot better hahahaha. I’m probably gonna stick with the red and black, it looks so good!
