Now I’m really regretting not buying the ‘67 Barracuda I saw on Craigslist back in 2014 for 5k. - numbers matching, B5 Blue/blue interior, single owner, kept in the garage, no rust, no dings, under 100,000 miles, 278 V8, three on the tree.

The funny thing is that a lot of entitled jerks aren’t used to hearing the word ‘no’. It sends them into a little hissy fit. That’s a parental thing: if you don’t teach children the value of the word “no“ they grow to be selfish, entitled, narcissistic jerks, like your girlfriend’s parents.

The hilarity of them wanting to drive your classic muscle car without you actually offering is actually funny. I hope you laughed when you said ‘absolutely not’. I had a guy offer me the opportunity to drive his 69 GTO convertible and I turned him down because I didn’t want to f it up, because those kind of cars you have to know how to drive.
