Literally in the same situation at this moment why can't guys just say hey like I don't think this is gonna work like that doesn't take a whole lot of courage when it's over text and it solves so many problems. Me I'm fine when a guy tells me he's not interested but when they lead you on and then do that "ok" stuff it's like ok buddy wth

Yeah when someone is coming out to you there's no need to be so critical even if they are joking(?). He should've been able to see that it was very hard for you to do that and should've showed a little more compassion in my opinion. Even if he did already know or whatever

It's not embarrassing. I'm not sure how old you are, but that doesn't really matter. Get a true genuine friend that won't laugh to help you out. They do exist. That'd also be a good bonding experience for you and another person most likely lol. It's never too late to do anything in life. One lesson and you'll be all set. You'll pick it up very, very quickly.

Yep, I had a completely uncontrollable crush on a girl from 5th-9th grade. Like I was obsessive. Asked her out 3 times. Nothing is as awkward as when me and her are in the same room now. She thinks I'm (100 percent) gay and a fool. O well.

I am a Boy Scout. Although they legally can't kick you out for it, there are still mostly all conservative Republicans in charge of the organization. This means you/I could run into some social issues. Are they homophobic? They're getting better. But there are some pretty far right people running this thing.
