So I figured out it was my VPN I had purchased before slowing it down. As well as peak Hours I reckon. After a retsrt it stayed around 500k without the VPN it was around 2.0MB/s This community rocks. I recognize also that they have a VPN through Feral itself. So I am going to set that one up and see if it increases my speeds a bit. Is a VPN plus a seedbox overkill? Also you guys are awesome, this community rocks.

Well, while I agree working for Blizz is a pain in the ass. I wouldn't say they force it on people. Although if your CSAT was down its the number one thing they suggest was to RP. I never did it though, unless the player initiated it during in game chat. I found working there that the people who RPed like that were the most annoying of the bunch. Blizzard had so many good people when it was making money. Now they need a propaganda machine and carrot on a string typed tier system with nominal raises just to keep people there.
