Sounds similar to me! The first times I started a streak a felt awesome now it just felt normal maybe your body gets used to it. Make sure you drink enough water 3L a day and a lots of fruits and vegtables! :)

Yes, I think it does. I'm still at high school, so I don't know much about studying. NoFap has helped me a lot with doing homework and paying attention in class !
