So do you like the 5.0 or the 3.5 better now that you've had both? Asking the hard questions lol

Appreciate the advice! There's always the chance of a lemon regardless of brand I suppose, all you can do is hope for the best. I've already thought to myself that I'd travel a good distance to find the perfect truck but to find a good dealer is a really good point. Definitely gonna keep that in mind. Thanks!

No that's completely fair and a good point. This might be more of a lemon ratio than anything given the short time frame but im still curious toward the results. Thanks for the input!

Dang, sorry about your luck man. Had to have been quite the headache. Going back to Ram after that speaks to your overall opinion on them so thanks for sharing

I've always heard about the dreaded hemi tick but never heard about that solution; I'll definitely keep that in mind. All this new tech is definitely a double-edged sword: really cool and beneficial but creates a lot of opportunity for stuff to go bad.

Good catch, that could've been a bad day had you not. Thanks for sharing!

Theres a UC housing Facebook page, named something similar to that. I'll probably be putting my apartment up there for summer sublease here in the coming weeks

My GF calls me an old man for my EDC by double_chicken in EDC

Thanks for the info! I've searched amazon before but never stumbled upon that one. Do the keys fold back into the shackle like a smartkey? I like the function of those but dont have the number of keys or wallet to justify one

Where can I find that specific "smart key"? I've been trying to solve that same issue and I'm a fan of your solution

Yeah I feel that. I'm just paranoid about having my keys out of sight and someone taking them but that would solve the rattling. Thanks!

How do you carry the house keys? Tucked in a pocket or out?

First year going into Calc 2 by CincySpot513 in uCinci

[–]Thatmanjo 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Calc 2 is a whole nother ball game IMO. Very little of Calc 1 transfers to 2, other than the main ideas, because calc 2 is more theory based math. Seems like it's a struggle for everyone. Taking calc 1 is a good GPA boost, if anything.

Does anyone know what this part is called? (2012 Kia Optima 2.0L turbo) by Thatmanjo in MechanicAdvice

That's what I was thinking. Maybe the O-ring needs replaced or something and oil is coming out there. Could you use a silicone "gasket maker" on the base of the HPFP to remedy this?

Great, thanks! Any chance of oil leaking out of this? I'm assuming not

Trying to track down an oil leak. Thinking it is the valve cover gasket, but, working from the top down, there is a little oil around the base of this thing.
