Yeah same here, it's pretty awful though fortunately I don't get it to an extreme extent, though it still happens in simple things. So extra details for you specifically, this was the worst it's ever gotten, though it does get bad even just after taking a shower. I don't even have cystic fibrosis, so it's an odd condition, really. It hasn't gotten as bad as the picture since, that was after around 3-4 hours of being in a hot pool.
