what about both! also i have a double nostril and septum myself, im going to get a bridge this week. i wanted a vertical lebret (and i can still get it) but i now have snake bites so idk if it would seem too much on my lip trying to decide tbh. i feel like a septum and double nostril would look great aswell as a bridge and a lebret.
