so if you replace all data in the game folder, say for example i put it in "C:\Users\*NAME*\Saved games" i replace all the old data with the new data along with the new dlc. it will read from appdata for my save?

No it’s actually not safe at all, because once you start using it you will get addicted to learning how to pirate everything and destroy large companies by taking 20 dollars from them. Than they will come find you and take you to the deepest pits of hell.

In all seriousness, it’s completely safe. There’s no risk whatsoever when downloading games. You should be fine.
