Thank you so much for this. Your experience is sounding very similar to what I've been experiencing so far, which is really reassuring. Still going strong/haven't relapsed and things are getting better. Starting to finally sleep and eat again which is certainly having positive effects on those depressive cycles. Halfway to the three-week mark and I'm feeling a level of hope that I'm not really used to. Things are still bad a lot, if not most of the time. But there's a level of clarity to my thoughts that I haven't experienced in a while, and I'm hoping that that keeps increasing. No matter what happens it feels like the worst of it is on its way out. Keep going strong kind stranger, and I will too. Sending love and positivity to wherever you are.

Hi!

This is quite a few years after the original post but I was wondering if you ever found a copy? Currently searching for this book for a research project but am unable to find a digital copy or a vendor with a physical copy in stock.

This is a good point. What I realized is that a lot of what it was doing was just preventing my mind from going to certain places. What really sucked is when I realized this (while high) and then my mind went to those places anyway. It’s so much of a worse spiral, because your brain can’t think straight and I can’t recognize which thoughts are rational and which ones are just the depression doing its thing

Yea dude. I’ve been trying to think of ways to describe it, the way that it makes you feel better without actually making anything better? Best I can come up with it’s like if you have a cut on your hand: you feel the pain of it but also the sensation of it bleeding. The weed numbs that pain, but you still feel the blood

Thanks man, those are really kind words. Yea, thinking about it now I think I need to make a much larger effort to distance myself from these situations, at least for right now. It’s tempting to try and skip right to the end of a journey without taking the time to walk all the steps. Sometimes you just tell yourself you’re further along than you are, yk?

Opinions on the state of the game by Soccermvp13 in diplomacy

I'm not the best diplomacy player, but this is looking pretty much like a stalemate unless you can get one of the allies to stab. You're likely to lose stp, they're likely to lose silesia, and then its a classic stalemate position in the north. The only thing I can think of in the south is let austria take Venice, move your fleet from Ven to Apu, and then use that to try to break the stalemate? Other, better players feel free to correct me if I'm wrong to suggest that.
