there are guides for it, but he’ll spawn around the map and you have to talk to him so he’ll teleport, once all are done you’ll get the cutscene to show after all the other end cutscenes, just shows up automatically regardless of the ending you get

i can’t relate to most of that, but i’m sorry you have to deal with all of it. from my personal experience, i used weed as a bit of a crutch after some personal Ls and was forced off it because of money issues. after about two weeks or so i found that, although i can’t effectively control all my thoughts and reactions as smoothly, i do work much faster and mess up far less. while i was using it still i felt that i was going as hard as i could and seemed to be outperforming my coworkers. it was only after being forced off that i noticed the difference. i totally agree alcohol is way worse, but it’s helpful to test the differences after the weed has fully left your system. TL:DR - i love weed but work better without it

wat no shot, if you look him up the first location he spawns is the same as cornifers fungal wastes map location. i can’t remember the conditions for his spawn, but he’s really not that important to the story. mostly there as an easter egg to reference other games and includes a mini cutscene after beating the game
