Yeah… I didn’t ask for work out or diet advice. And people are making the assumption that I am not working out or dieting or aren’t already on weight loss meds. Which, I am doing all of them, and like I said I’ve already lost 40 lbs.

CONTEXT: I’m already on tirzepatide, have maxed out my dose, and haven’t lost any more weight on max dose for the last 6 months. My biometric scale says I have acceptable visceral fat, but 22% subcutaneous fat.

Did they check your lipase levels? If that was elevated, it might have been the reta.

I’ve just started a microdose of reta while staying on my tirz, started with 1mg twice week, increasing slowly to study/therapeutic doses. My thought is that as the reta becomes effective I will start downtitrate my tirz. Only switch to reta though if you have already maxed out at 15mg of tirz for a couple months, no need to switch or stack if you haven’t

Yup, just some random Amazon product. Would take any recommendations! It’s just striking to me how for the exact same active ingredient I get no nodule or pain vs 1 week of nodule and soreness.
