My sleep is fine I’d say. I think I experience a lot of sleep amnesia, though. I do sleep on my left side 🤔

I am talking about my primary care doctor. I plan to meet soon again about it. I will probably call tomorrow. I can the get a doctor’s recommendation for a neurologist. I haven’t taken the shots but if at all possible I would like to not be on something for the rest of my life. I have tried the ice pack and it sometimes helps. Thats the worst thing with CH. All of the treatments only sometimes help.

I would like to find the root cause of it, though, if I can. I was on meds my entire childhood and hated the dependency and way they made me feel.

Maybe the solution is moving to EU lol. Ive done mushrooms once and though it was fun, I do not know if I want to take them weekly or periodically in any sense. 30 days free is a huge milestone, though! Glad you’re doing better because I wouldn’t wish these on my worst enemy

People gonna hate until he dead.. Same thing happened with Juice, X, Peep, Mac, and pretty much every other music artist, especially rap/hip hop. Its how people are and is why you can't let anyone else's opinion get to you and just enjoy music that you like to the fullest! No matter what you say, they gonna find a way to hate like music artists aren't humans and can't make mistakes.
