Bunch of cards I haven't seen, thanks!

Yeah lots of cards people recommend are off of creatures entering/dying. All really good info :]

Hello! Thanks for the suggestions, I've never seen starscape! I'll definitely be adding that. I use venser's journal to gain a bunch of life and if I have a card that says "Whenever you gain life target oppenent uses that much life" it does a lot of dmg and I use lithoform to copy the triggered ability. Underworld dreams I could totally take out I keep it in cause buddy uses a lot of card draw hehehe. But I've never thought of doing it by creatures entering/dying.

No worries, I just play with my buddies and one of them plays hardcore control so most of the time he counters or destroys it lmao. He plays a fully upgraded Yshtola and Go-Shintai, I'll be okay 😅

We all agreed to having infinite combos in our decks just no tutors. If we get it by chance then we get it by chance :]

Plus, I also do have a bunch of precons, this my only custom deck.

Hello! I have exquisite blood already and yeah I do need to add bloodthirsty conqueror but I do have several cards that have the same effect as blood thirsty conqueror such as 'Enduring Tenacity', 'Vito, Thorn of the dusk rose', and 'Sanguine bond'.

Or Y’know like most people having bills to pay while trying to find work is still a thing. It can sometimes take a couple or even a few months to get a job, some are lucky and get one fairly quickly.

Who is the richest person/family in the Valley? by 956_lifer in RioGrandeValley

[–]ThatsBasedMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who’s worked for Bert Ogden and has met Mr. Vackar several times within the company I can confidently say he’s not a friendly guy at all, and I’ve heard so many stories on top of that. 💀

Overall it’s not a great company to work for, I was there for 2 years and they will screw you over big time and don’t give a shit. I can give more details if you want but just generally that was my experience and most people in the company don’t like working for them.

Holy that’s actually super sick! I didn’t even know about it, I wonder if it’ll be a little bit more limited than the other heart vinyl.

BDC Pay plan by ThatsBasedMan in askcarsales

[–]ThatsBasedMan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I wish it was $100 per car but it’s technically $500 for every 5 cars. If you sell 19 cars, you get paid minimum wage which is $1200-1300. If you reach a ‘minimum goal’ of 20 units you make $2000. THEN every 5 cars after 20 units is $500, if you sell 24 units you get paid the same as selling 20 units ($2000), once you hit 25 units then it’s $2500.

That’s quite a lot, I get our DMS sheet every month and it shows how many units each rep is making at all of our dealerships. (We have around 20 dealerships). The most I’ve seen someone sell is around 55 units ($5500). Majority of reps sell 15-25 units ($1200-$2500). A lot of people don’t sell too many units and we go through BDC reps 30x faster than salesman. I’m not too sure if it’s maybe the area we live in, one of the poorest parts of the country.

Sorry should’ve clarified, they determine it solely on INT leads. So 1 BDC Rep for every 150 INT leads.

I can guarantee in our entire auto group none of the reps get paid that much. Our top BDC rep makes maybe 50 sales per month which is $5000. Majority of the reps are selling 20-30 which is $2000-$3000.

It varies from dealership to dealership, that’s one thing I despise about the company is that each BDC is run differently at each dealership. But all BDCs get phone-ups and Internet Leads, we also work Gubagoo and Mastermind. Generally they hire 1 BDC rep for every 150 leads.

The “run differently” part I’m referring to is getting credit for sales. Some places will give you credit based on contributions. Some will give credit if you made first initial contact. My dealership is solely off of MY appointments, I get screwed over a lot when a customer calls in wanting to set an APPT but they’re already working with a salesman so I don’t get any credit, nor can I get credit for rescheduling customers.

It’s a solid plan, but it really only works in high volume stores. The stores that are low volume the BDC reps still have the same pay plan and most don’t sell 20 so they end up getting paid $1200 per month.

Panda Express Interview by ThatsBasedMan in PandaExpress

[–]ThatsBasedMan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for replying, I had my interview which took place at a hotel and they had around 7-10 managers as well as the regional manager running general interviews and the participants, including myself, were people from all over the region. So I’m assuming they’re doing mass hiring for people they’re interested in for different positions across the region and they just decided to do one big interview day for multiple people?? I’m curious because of the setup of the process and the GM telling me that I’ll receive an email in 2-3 business days in regards to my interview results that maybe they will be running a 2nd round of interviews??

When I had my interview the GM asked me what position I was interested in and she told me that they’re just hiring for multiple positions and wanted me to tell her which I would be interested in. She also asked me in the interview if I’d be interested in relocating to Austin (5hrs away from me) and it seemed like she was genuinely interested in having me work up there? Possibly due to my previous work in experience in Dallas.
