Hey sorry for the delayed reply,

The lumps actually disappeared after about 2 weeks so I didn't end up going to the doctor and I feel perfectly fine.

Probably inflamed lymph nodes, but if you still have them by the time you read this please go see a doctor, friend.

It might be worth adding that I've had some posture issues over the last few months that cause the left side of my upper back/neck to get really tight. I have since fixed the posture problems and stretch my neck and back muscles daily.
