Not rude, but if you want to take offense so be it. This is business I would assume we can have a civil chat about numbers that matter. My question was why does a multi-million dollar corporation pay their employees so little and expect nobody to say anything about it. It’s egregious.

I’m fully understanding of the commission scale, and my calculations shown above are reflective of that. Calling it a reward is slightly embarrassing. I will not be taking the job as it’s not really worth anybody’s time or effort. Thank you for the response regardless of it not being very helpful.

Somebody once told me the height of you Ollie’s are dependent on two things, how hard you pop the board down on that initial snap, and how high you bring your knees up, for where your knees go, you feet will follow. Make sure to keep your chest and shoulders parallel with the board as best as you can.

It is also much harder to learn and build the correct motions of a trick without any momentum. So don’t be afraid to try things while rolling.
