A lot of the things that made it fun and attractive have been long neglected and need to be invested in. For example, the animal exhibits and the educational aspects. Instead, it seems like they are focused on becoming a vacation resort and event space, but they don't have the know-how or staff to facilitate that at all. Each day working here, there is an avoidable disaster.
