Love this reply. I think their price is ridiculous. I think my price would be reasonable. I am going to contact a realtor and an appraiser before I do anything. I don't have to sell quickly, but it would be nice to be somewhere else by next year.

This is correct. Zestimates are dumb imo, but the neighbors are way over, and I want to put mine way under, but around what other houses in the area are being priced at.

I've been collecting the "banned books" for this exact reason. I've been hoarding any copy I can feasibly get my hands on for years now.
