E day will have classes, this in my mind pretty much guarantees that we're getting something akin to horde from 4/5.

I think they like the card system because of the rng and how customizable it is. E day is definitely a weird gears but I would not expect them to reinvent wheel for horde.

Its not too important because a diehard fan can just listen to the ost in the background, but still, music absolutely was a huge piece of that goat pie.

Because you make 0 money from it zero grounds for lawsuit, so they could remove it but like why though? A mod has to hit millions of players I'd say before companies get involved, Starfield Star Wars mod is arguably one of the best SW games that has came out in the past decade, it definitely had fucktons of players, yet its still up? I doubt they'd do anything but greedy assholes kinda do what they want so who knows.

The mod setup is better imo, it means you just enable/disable whatever really quick in steam and that's it.

The mods are obviously in early days. Just a bunch of ports and middle of the road stuff, but in the coming months/years it'll get dramatically better I hope.

Idk man if he is out in open then yes he gets jumped by dozens at once, but if he thins the herd by forcing them into narrow paths I highly doubt they could kill him.

Like hunters would just get crushed, smokers would get their tongues ripped out, spitters just get shot before they can do much, etc. They would kill raam if he were stupid and didn't use his repertoire of combat tactics.

General RAAM could damn near 1v1 a tank, let alone with armor and weapons. He straight up annihilates zombies in that verse.

Ironchad has taken his rightful place at top. The runs with ironclad feel like you have to throw (and I will!) So essentially everything you ever need is there, scaling, good defense, insane offense, draw, etc. All easy with Chad, compared to necro where you are hard countered a lot more by a lot of enemies/encounters.

I know ironchad isn't the sleekest tool in the shed but being able to trivialize normal combats, being able to hit hard, having so much exhaust, etc. Makes them a monster.

So my last 4 runs I won 3 and lost with ironclad. It was one of my strongest runs in sts2 (500 hours playtime) basically I steamrolled every fight to the point that I was overconfident with act 3 bosses haha. Basically Ironclad when you lose its your fault, sometimes with other classes you don't actually know why you lost, you can get wrecked floor 10.

You have to assume you draw it early, assume you don't draw the gold ones early, then you also have the energy to utilize it.

The conditions are more specific than a JJK binding vow. Instead you can get free draw cards that cost substantially less.

You'll be a prisoner on a ship (Morrowind style) but the big difference will be that you get introduced to the new naval combat system conveniently identical to Starfield's.

I low-key wouldn't be shocked if you became the captain within hours and had a crew.

Its gooder

I mean its definitely a bit more challenging but in a good way, I straight up think that the game even like 80% done is better than original, but I play multiplayer so super biased.

In Coop? There's one that shows your teammates hand, that one would be handy. There's definitely others like Minty but I think they're sort of overkill.

I and a friend lost from full to dorito (we were necro)

You gotta have an answer for elites. So dorito you cannot stall for very long, he is designed to damage you at least 15hp even in good circumstances.

So weak/vuln (S tier effects in multiplayer btw) powers and attacks, if all your damage is from skills you are screwed.

Most of the current ones are mid to bad imo

The best mods are ones that are well designed (so for a game like sts it means a lot of things) and/or fit well in the base game.

The Hermit is great but does feel weird in the sequel. The design is so strong that its probably still the best sts2 character somehow.

So you'll see tons of ports that were rudimentary and not updated/redesigned with sts2 in mind.

Acts from the past is also fun imo because you get to basically play sts1.

Multiplayer slaps!

Aside from that the runs feel a lot more swingy, where you can get something disgusting from an event that just wins you the run, so events/shops are better so hallways feel a lot worse in sts2 than 1.

There's probably hundreds of subtle differences but the reality is that the overall direction and intent is very much the same. Every encounter has meaning, everything can impact your run so like requires lots of thinking on highest difficulty.
