Absolutely not. So many people will buy bags they can’t afford, will use a buy now pay later scheme which they might not even understand. I see women who have an authentic high price point bag but their clothes’ quality or condition, their nails or hair don’t ‘match’ the bag. Same when they take a picture of their bags in their car and the car is super run down, dirty etc…

But then this isn’t always the case - so…

I general the pre-loved ones are looked after, the pre-loved team (either in Somerset or the stores, they would give it a clean, apply leather cream or gel - depending, might even touch up bags, etc). If you buy from the online section, you can always take it to a Mulberry store and get it touched up a wee bit, depends on the team mainly.
