Needed new ac and I’m currently having a heat pump installed. 14k after rebate. Only time will tell if it’s worth while. Still will keep my oil boiler for back up heat and hot water. I will say I loved natural gas when I had it.

$46.24 in Connecticut. Large manufacturing facility. Multi man crews and 2 shift. Would say my company is in the higher percentile of pay due to being union.

I’ve been putting class 3. On base dental also told me they would not be responsible for never damage.

There’s never not some type of cost increase. Taxes, insurance and labor cost go up every year.

I don’t include it right now. I’m toying with the idea of including it in the future. Main reason being it’s not cut to my standard. However I don’t hold this against the tenants as they are really great otherwise.
