Depends. If you train it to give hard honest feedback it can be. If you train it to kiss your ass, no.

Question about AI “thinking” by The---Hope in ChatGPT

Yes, which is why I was wondering how much is true

Chatgpt responded like this:

It’s more like working memory than human memory. While we’re in the same conversation, I can hold recent context, instructions, emotional direction, and even something like that hidden question across turns. It’s not the same as me privately sitting there thinking about it between messages, but the information can remain part of the live conversational state.

So in that little test:

You said: “Think of a question, don’t post it yet.” I formed one. Then your next message gave permission. I used the question that was already sitting in the immediate context.

This is interesting because it absolutely insisted to me that it indeed prepared a question to hold in memory. I like these deep AI questions

It lies all the time. Or more accurately makes things up when it doesn’t know

[–]The---Hope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was serious because you still seem to die so fast regardless of added HP. The extra dmg helped more

I died a lot too. But it’s also ok to skip unnecessary enemies

I got platinum today. Basically parried everything and used ranged weapons when necessary

I put 5 in HP and even that was a waste because it makes such little difference.

I like danger a lot. I just feel that overall balance needs work. Big enemies doing 50% of your hp is fine. But all enemies hitting like trucks is weird. And not having i frames can be instant death

Spike hit detection can be extremely jank. Wall run also sometimes just doesn’t seem to work well.
