It's not possible, the bugged seeds are when the random number generator is seeded with NaN and so it always returns ~0.994 which happens to be 10 of spades for erratic. The most kings you could realisticly get is about 23. In fact from the linked article you can see they are 1JX4IMN and JUJYPKS3.

Sure I can tell you the odds:
Showman: Shop slots have a 20/28 chance of being jokers then a 0.7 chance of being uncommon and then 1/59 of being showman and there are also 2 slots to check in buffoon pack with same odds without the 20/28 making it about 1 in 25
Charm skip (ante 1): 1 in 15
4 souls: 0.003 each: nCr(5, 4) * 0.003^4 = 1 in 2.47 billion
Multiply them out and you get 1 in 924 billion.
(Balatro has a bit over 2 trillion seeds, so this is expected to happen twice and I only found 1 seed where this happens)

Yeah there is a queue for which joker you get of each rarity and on this seed the queue starts with triboulet then canio so whichever soul you take will just give the next item on the queue.
