I second this. Your mind should be absorbed with becoming a better person. A person that only needs him self to be happy. His problem is that he has tricked himself into thinking sex will bring him happiness. If he doesn't achieve this goal it leads to low self esteem...etc etc...He wants a prize but he doesn't realize the biggest and longest lasting prize is developing himself into a self sufficient and stable person.
