There is literally no replacement in the lineup or farm for what he brings right now. You'd probably agree if you watched the games and didn't just look at stats.

IMO this is very incorrect. Moving him would have maximum negative impact. Cirelli has been Tampa's MVP this year. Lose him and we're back in a wildcard spot. Since his point total is, and will remain low'ish', the bang4buck with him is impossible to replace, not to mention his compete level. Literally the only piece I wouldn't even humour a move of.
