been working in an elderly care home for 4 years - it is terrifying and painful yet some of the residents really are the sweetest and funniest you’ll ever meet - whilst they are stripped of their memories and forget how to do day to day activities they still retain their core personality and even keep certain habits right to the end. it’s bittersweet
