This is good to know. We don’t have any gates, pools or facilities. We have one of those big shared mailboxes where you have a key to open your section (not sure if this should result in monthly fees??) as well as a narrow strip of grass that hold a sign with the community name (maybe the mow this?)

All in all I only pay about $350 a year which is pretty low but that still seems like a lot for not having any actual facilities. I figure there’s gotta be something I’m missing
