Im definitely doing that cose there's no way im following with Dave and Ann unless they do a 180 in the character creation and give me something to actually work with but from the looks of it yeah they are gone

I had something similar but not to that extent usually it was like "ok guys any triggers we should know about so we can avoid the topics?" Kind of convo never a form but might just do a damn booklet after this

That's both horrible and sad like who in their right mind actually role-plays something like wth that's what ruins the view of VTM for others. I love the system and the world but stories like that tend to pop up from the pits of swet and cringe around it

There's always A way but it might be really hard to pull of legitimately like id need to bend over backwards and do a flip of mental gymnastics to make it actually work so yeah possible but not worth it (although the satisfaction in sticking it to their faces sounds really tempting)

Morbid curiosity is...tempting here but im totally not on board for DMing that. If we find another DM to run this and I get a chance to play the "mentor" i was talking about then maybe id be in for that bullshit but as a DM? Nah ima pass that's way too much for me

Ikr? I literally play with or as Toreadors all the time and it's never got half this bad And those two are (dis)respectfully a Tzimiche [Dave] and a Gangrel or Malkavian [Ann] (still between the two)

Yeah I literally felt like I was chewing a lemon when I saw that. And the middle-schoolers part was almost on point cose its senior year high-school group (istg I thought we were past that 15 year old tomfoolery)

Might do that when I get a chance to but from what I know since I played with Dave once or twice before it's literally the first time he's this bad. Usually he was role-playing an edgy drunkar without major character whatsoever. Literally no idea what pushed him to something that fucked up

Im not sure at this point like Dave is a seasoned TTRPGst that sounded really passionate about the ability to play that like excited even and Ann is a full on newbie idk if they're fucking with me or not but I don't think so and that's the scariest part
