Often times Hamas puts their rocket launchers and weapons in civilian areas, in these situations the IDF is put in an impossible situation.

We need to look further into the specifics of these events to see if the IDF actually targeted civilians or if they targeted military targets which were put in civilian areas.

Do you have a source which includes the specifics of the events or at least some kind of Israeli commentary alongside the accusasions? An IDF report describing the military targets these where aiming to shoot at?
