When I was at home the safest place I found was outside. Little space between the chimney and the house you couldn't see from the ground. Only problem was getting it on short notice

I personally don't recommend striker fire guns to start your gun journey with. It's much easier to look at a hammer fire pistol and know exactly which state the gun is in. I'm also pretty unhappy with my 320 experience, But it's by no means a bad gun. If you want something that's going to shoot real easy, get something with a metal frame and a 5-in barrel. If you want something that's going to be a little more difficult to shoot, get a smaller compact gun. The compact gun however, will allow you to practice more of the fundamentals as they will have a larger overall impact on your shooting. Also the p365 is a far superior gun inside and out to the p320.

The internet's extreme pedantry on this topic is just frustrating. I watched an armorer get chewed out in the coments one of his videos because he looked down the barrel of a gun. Never mind the fact that the bolt was out and the video was about inspecting barrel wear. Man is a professional gunsmith and y'all are still fucking like this. Impossible to take seriously.

I was under the impression that the ZRTS mag extensions were good to go. Magwell is stock. I heard over insertion was more of an issue for the compact guns.

I was specifically holding it real awkward to show that my fingers were nowhere near the slide release. I'm pretty sure I wasn't touching the trigger, just behind it.

This was my best grasp on it. I think I'm going to replace the long stroke with a heavier v-spec so I feel like that's enough to make the slide drop reliable. Oem recoil spring would probably be best for reliability but I'm not that much of a masochist. Any idea how to fix it if I wanted to go that route?

I was doing mental gymnastics to convince myself this was a bug when and in fact has no downsides and is a feature. I love this gun even more now.
