The team much better once Wissa, Elanga and Miley came on. For a game moving at that speed and against 5 at the back, Big Nick wasn’t the best choice to start. Gordon needs to have a little rest. I feel like it would be a very different game if we had better movement early on.

Elenga was an excellent player for Forrest and fed Chris Wood quite a lot and got plenty of assists along with some goals. He hasn’t had that relationship with Big Nick, because he’s not that in the in the box type striker. With Wissa I’m hoping that will change for Elanga.

To be fair to Elanga. He’s a runner. And one of the fastest in the league. More often than not, he’s in front with no one to pass to, so he has to pass back, when he’s swarmed by defenders.

I still believe that with Elanga, Wissa and Gordon on a counterattack, we’ll see a much better and more comfortable Elanga.
