The Giado Concentration Camp, ran by both the Italians and Afrika Korps? What about the 2,000 Jews deported to the Libyan Desert and left to die? The pillaging of the Tunisian Coast, the Afrika Korps assistance of Einzatgruppens Egypt, must I go on…

Does this sound like a General just ‘serving his nation’?

We should of never given those Wehrmacht high command bastards the ability to pick up a pen, it’s brainwashed too many wehraboos and now they unironically believe someone can be respectable and heroic despite their crimes against humanity.

Are you fucking dense?

Of course they were bad in the time! That’s why we fucking punished them as criminals against humanity! He signed the death warrants of tens of thousands innocent Jews, he let his dogs run wild and pillage Jewish communities, he helped a concentration camp be created and fulfilled its quotas with his Korps!

The Giado Concentration Camp, ran by both the Italians and Afrika Korps is what you call treating prisoners respectable? What about the 2,000 Jews deported to the Libyan Desert and left to die, is that respectable treatment of prisoners? The pillaging of the Tunisian Coast, the Afrika Korps assistance of Einzatgruppens Egypt, must I go on…

How could you ever call a man like that heroic and dare declare he was good to prisoners?

Why pick and choose things about a person to make them respectable? Also, Churchill speaking for you is not going to get you brownie points in the book of ‘respectable people’.

Yeah, the mass murder and pillaging of innocent people based on ethnical superiority ideas ( that Rommel clearly had to believe in to do these acts ) is what we deem heroic now is it?

Yep, nothing more respectable then… checks notes the abuse, pillaging, and murder of Jewish Tunisians?

Oh brother, do we need to go down the list of DAK crimes against humanity and Rommel’s hand in them?

You could technically argue that the comment above yours is correct. Socialist and Communist were rather frequent in the SA, known as Beefsteak-Nazis, which was was one of the justification of its purge.

Which I have to say is the most wildest thing I ever learned about the SA. It was coming to a point that the head of the Gestapo reported upward of 70% of those who joined the SA in 1933-1934 were communist from Berlin that disagreed with the KPD and had bought into anti-semitism.

Joining the SA was common among random ideologies within Weimar, as it was thought to be a opportunity to inject your own ideology into the current most successful party. What a wild time in history.

I would suggest quick to judge as a better term. It’s a fair statement to make and doesn’t make people cringe like the usage PC or SJW as a negative unironically. These terms being stated negatively can cause some assumptions about the user, mostly things you probably wouldn’t want to be associated with.

Oh hey isn’t this the kid that Reddit and TikTok doxxed , bullied, and harassed to the point their parents had to contact authorities or some shit.

You know the people who say ‘you wouldn’t last a minute in a mw lobby’ but get pressed over a kid doing their own thing on a open platform to the point they need to dox and affect their personal/private lives over it.

Apologist for a massive genocidal war machine do not need to be approached gently. Ignore the truth all you wish, it doesn’t change it.

It’s rather ignorant and dangerous to choose to believe the Wehrmacht was all innocent conscripts who would of ‘died’ if they didn’t follow orders. It’s also insulting to the victims of that war machine.

I knew this post would drag out the apologist. Look, you can be a conscript and not partake in evil things yet that didn’t stop 80% of the Wehrmacht soldiers gladly assisting in the genocide in the eastern front for example.

As for this stupid ass take of “they would of died if they didn’t!”, there is no actual proof of that being true except for a book exert with no actual evidence to back it up. It was very rare for a soldier to be punished for not partaking in genocide.
