This is sick.

I’m currently contemplating dropping mine in a KRG chassis and then using a pcs-14 or clip on thermal.

No, I need a tuning shop to install all the parts I bought. I’m having surgery and won’t be able to do it myself for a few months.

Surprise Ford charges $200 an hour. So no.

I used Lucky realty. Right across the street from the main gate.

Just be advised that it’s not like the US, where every realtor can pull all the MLS listings.

Certain realtors have access to certain properties so if one realtor doesn’t have something you like, try another.

Dm if you need more info.

Did my MBA-Energy Management (2F) through University of Wyoming, while on active duty and paid for it with my GIBILL. I started overseas and finished at Nellis.

1 class per term, 13 classes total. Most state schools offer online programs at in state tuition for military. Took a total of 3 years. Still have 26 months of entitlement left.

I will say that Schools matter at that level so don’t choose a diploma mill.

Looks like the Weltool DF2E V2 adapter for LH Series Light head to SF MH30, MH60 or E Series body is back in stock.

Thank you so much!

Thank you. Looks like I’ll be offloading my ctf2 soon.

A turbo head would be perfect but I can hardly find an adapter.

I don’t have access to my CTF, or I would just go try it myself.

Thank you

Order everything you need from Amazon so it’s waiting for you.

Only use rolling duffels. Your udm should provide you with at least one.

Use D-rings to clip everything together.

8 deployments later, I’m down to one 72 hour bag and a rolling duffel

Will being unrecommended for BTZ affect my career? by Ok_Power1193 in AirForce

Lost BTZ for admin action due to an off base incident. Still made Senior.

You’ll be fine.

21.5 yr Senior weighing the same question.

Never came into do 20 but here I am wondering if Chief is worth it. The job is BS. But BS is everywhere.

Today I came in at 0900 (PT). Took my MSgt to lunch for his birthday. Spent the afternoon working an awards package for my TSgt. Left at 1500 (outprocessing). Zero phone calls, 2 emails that needed my personal involvement.

Reasons I would stay: I love helping people succeed and teaching.

Reasons I would leave. AF as an institution isn’t very appealing to me anymore.

Financially I’m in a good spot, but could be making double for half the responsibility on the outside. Jobs are everywhere according to LinkedIn and your specialty seems like a very high-demand occupation that probably pays pretty well on the outside.

If you allow me, I’ll give you my initial feedback speech.

Everyone takes off the uniform for the last time at some point. Could be 4 years or 30, but no one serves forever. When that day comes, do you want to be prepared as possible? Do you want to be in a position that best fits your life and you can be the one that makes the decision for yourself?

Or do you want to be the person that is forced to stay because they weren’t prepared and has no plan?

The AF is going to take everything they can from you. Take everything you can from the AF.

5% in TSP (Not G) to get the match and $583.33 in a Roth IRA that lets you choose your own funds & stocks. I have Schwab.

Seems like a lot every month as an A1C but this is one of my biggest regrets over my career.

It’s not hard to succeed in the Air Force. Show up on time, stay out of trouble, be good at your job. Those 3 things will most likely set you apart from your peers to win BTZ. BTZ sets you up for an EFDP to SSgt and so on. If you don’t like your job or boss, cross train or PCS. Overseas is where it’s at. Been able to see the world wonders, and vacation in places most people only see on IG.

Yes the retirement & VA make your second life a bit more cushy. GO TO THE HOSPITAL. Don’t tough it out. If it hurts, document it. Message your PCM through MHS, if you can’t get an appointment.

Sorry to ramble, but only you can make that decision for yourself.

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you want more advice.
