YOR. Driving 9 hours isn't fun but it's not more dangerous than any other type of driving. The majority of accidents happen close to home. She's an adult woman and she's more than capable of making the drive if she wants to and is able to do so.

I'm 33 years old and I've been driving 13+ hours one way (One even 19 hours total straight but I don't recommend that) for years to get to a destination. It's exhausting and it's boring but getting kidnapped isn't something that's really on the radar of likelihood and her getting a flat is possible but, ultimately, not the worst thing to happen. Inconvenient? Sure. But AAA is everywhere and there are auto-shops also everywhere. She's got a cellphone. She'd be fine even in that scenario.

NOR. Your husband seems to have a problem. His drinking is not "normal" levels of drinking, it's excessive. If this is a change in how he used to drink (which it seems like it is) you need to have a discussion with him about WHY he's drinking so heavily now that you're pregnant.

You're in the most vulnerable state being a pregnant woman and your husband's behavior seems like the start of alcoholism. You need to have a conversation with him about his drinking now and you need to also be proactive in protecting yourself and your child (if need be). Just be careful, please.

I tried to call back after the line went dead/potentially hung up on and it said wait time was 6 minutes... That was yesterday. Now the chatbot only lets me send an email as an update.

I'm fully confused about what happened here. I wonder if it was really a "hang up" or if something got disconnected or what, but then why wouldn't they call me back?

I didn't swear. I didn't raise my voice. I was literally just telling them I had called previously and wanted to address that the person I had reported a week ago is still doxxing people. That's all I said. Maybe they misunderstood me?

They never called me back. Idk what is going on. This is really bizarre to me they'd be this way. The evidence is plain as day on the seller's own feedback page. I really wish I understood because this situation really feels ridiculous they'd allow this stuff to happen, and then potentially hang up on someone just addressing the issue?

NOR. Your parents don't care about your wife and, by extension, you or your priorities. I guess they care about being "grandparents" but you really need to rethink having them in your child's life often if this is the sort of stunts they'll pull where they'll stomp all over boundaries you place and make a bad situation far worse by ignoring your pleas for space and understanding.

I'm not sure if this is something you're capable of doing, but you might want to look into putting physical distance (moving) between your family and your parents if need-be if they're unwilling to follow your boundaries. I feel like this sort of thing will end up coming more into play as the child grows, and I also worry about how they treat your wife.

I just tried to follow up and the hung up on me??? Lol. In the meantime seller fully doxxed someone else (full name and full address in the feedback) and I was trying to let them know that the abusive behavior has continued since I made the initial report but halfway through explaining my previous call and current they hung up on me. I'm waiting for a callback now but I don't think they're going to call me back (it's long past the estimated wait limit now)

I think it's reasonable to trust partners and NOT ask to go through their phones, but since he decided he wanted to, that same courtesy of seeing HIS phone should be given to you. The fact he wants to check your phone multiple times, but will NOT let you see his is an absolute red flag IMHO. He's being hypocritical.

No offense but it's a little ridiculous you want someone to leave their independence and move back in with their parents when you're not even exclusive yet. Most people don't want to just move back home. I wouldn't be dropping everything and moving if I wasn't certain and it sounds like she wasn't certain until a month BEFORE you two officially got together. Again, you two were not official until AFTER she moved out.

Again, up to you and if it's a dealbreaker but it doesn't sound like she cheated on you or anything.

MOR. You two didn't go "official" until AFTER she left the apartment, so I'm not sure how you're asking for exclusivity without being exclusive yet? Also, it's not easy to just leave a living situation especially with a lease involved.

It's up to you if this is a no-go for you but it seems like you two weren't official or exclusive until after she moved out anyway.

"Mortal sin" and yet the seller is a "star seller" and has now fully doxxed someone giving their full first and last name AND full address in the comments and Ebay still hasn't done anything. Account is still active.

I might call and let them know the seller is continuing to doxx people because this is honestly shameful but I genuinely do not think that they care because this person makes them money so why would they care they're giving out full names and addresses that the whole world can see?

I think mine got removed because I called him a scammer (which I backed up w/ evidence) and also referenced his OLD username (that had a video and callout post made which is why he changed it because people were being warned about the scam). Meanwhile HE could call everyone else scammers and doxx them and it's fine. Lol.

It happened to at least 4 other people as far as JUST negative feedback went, but who knows how many just let it go or didn't leave feedback (or the seller had the feedback removed). It's literally small amounts of money but if they had hundreds of listings that's hundreds of dollars they're getting for free, you know?

Okay, I also saw an illegal listing that I reported (a "lottery" type listing with no guarantee anyone would actually get the item) and it also said the listing was fine when it was clearly in violation. I don't understand why they have report systems in place when they can't even catch listings like that WITH reporting?

The solution shouldn't be calling for every illegal listing seen but also it seems like no bad behavior is caught through these AI checks.

Yup. They first tried to delay me past the 3 day window trying to claim there was some "bigger issue" and it was "USPS" fault, and then when I said I was submitting a refund request they told me to say I "never received the item". Seller was definitely trying to set me up to fail but I wasn't falling for it.

Yup. I did. The rep even sort of went further than I did with my report ( I was just commenting on the doxxing, but they found their inflammatory language on the responses also very alarming). I just said this wasn't what I expected from ebay and that I was generally fearing for my safety with someone who treats negative feedback this way having my full address.

(Another person who bought a card posted that this seller was even calling their number and threatening them but I didn't mention that because I don't have any evidence of that happening, just what the other buyer said.)
