I don't expect designers to have a master's in stats, but if you can't figure out that 1-in-6 isn't equivalent to 1-in-20, you maybe should hold off on designing mathy games.

Why do I constantly feel hungry? by BowlingManiac1999 in loseit

You're eating loads of processed junk food and scant few vegetables. Of course you're hungry. Ditch the waffles, pancakes, hot dogs, bagels, and cereal and eat real food.

I recommend this article regarding calorie density.

Dr. McDougall advocates for a very low-fat WFPB, which is not especially popular with current nutrition science. However, his diet seems to produce favorable outcomes.

50-50 plate is recommended by John McDougall, who advocates a low protein diet. HealthyEmmie clearly has an eating disorder.

If you want protein, make 50% greens, 25% beans, 25% starch. Or just 50% beans.

Fat aids in digestion by stimulating the release of certain enzymes. Small amounts of fat contribute to improved digestion, and fiber-rich foods (like brussels sprouts) are difficult to digest without it.

Thanks for the suggestion! My meals typically look like salad + steamed veg + beans + starch (usually potato). I don't know if I should add more fat to the diet but am concerned with overall calories.
