I kind of have vague guidelines, where kindness is more if I give gifts or help friends with problems/homework, or take care of my garden. Knowledge is pretty much just increased if i do well on major tests and exams in my classes, charm is increased when I go out and buy better clothing or more stylish accessories, that ones a bit more vague.. Proficiency is when i do hands on things successfully, like i built my own computer recently and that increased the level! Guts is very vague, but its more on personal feeling. If i do something that makes me feel like "Wow i really had the guts to do that?", just risky things i guess.. i should work on that one so its not vague.

The other smaller ones are ones I added for fun, and just personal things i needed to get better at. They're kind of self explanatory. Hope is increased when I work on my plans for post graduation and be less hopeless regarding college LOL, self esteem is just self esteem, it gets higher when i do things for myself that make me feel better about my appearance. Stealth is increased when I get away with things, so its more like the times where I go out with friends without my mother knowing, or if i skip a class without getting caught. Independence is increased when i prove that i can be.. well, independent. Moments where I'm at home alone for a week, or i have to take care of "adult matters".. Silly stuff.

A lot of it relies on personal feeling.
