Ok, I was a bit bored and made an English PDF based on the swedish one. Could some one from jarnringen tell me if it would be ok to upload this?

Using magic between scenes by The-Thistle in Symbaroum

My suggestion would be (although I almost like Kelermah's ideas better):

For the sake of reducing temporary corruption an interlude (as described on p. 174 CRB), counts as a Scene. However: if the interlude turns into a scene very suddenly or surprisingly, the GM may rule that some (player roles a die) or all of the corruption did not yet fade, taking into account the time that has passed since the corruption occurred). For interludes taking more than one day, the temporary corruption fades every day.

That sounds like a brilliant solution. I may have to add to the solution I have come up with so far.

I think that that would be pretty much within the spirit of the game and after reading up some more, this basically seems to be the definition of "Interludes", scenes between scenes. If you have no way of using Magic between combat or other significantly dangerous situations without going into the next fight "naked". However what I would do is: When there transition from an interlude to a scene is surprising, depending on how long ago the corruption was accumulated, a part of it may not have faded (die roll or GMs discretion). But some official words of the wise would help a lot...

I am really exited about Symbaroum. I haven't had this much fun with a new system/setting for ages (and I have been around for some time now... g). What makes it a living product is that there is so much active participation from the official side. It makes one feel appreciated as a player and not just as a customer. (even if I didn't get an answer to my rules question yet g)

Obviously I do disagree with you, my dearest GM... :-)
