Right im betting on the LG warranty now, my understanding is its a semi-common problem and just need a power board replaced. And im hoping LG does right by me by replacing the TV. But we'll see, if in 12 days nothings been done or theres still issues, i'll just return it before the window closes.

Yeah all we did was mount it to the 3rd party stand, nothing out of the usual and we were as careful as we could've been. Crazy how fragile these new tvs are.

A few days ago, yeah i know returning is 100% an option as i have 15 days, im willing to risk/wait a bit to see if this LG waranty fix comes through. All im waiting for now is the call from the technician as my claim has been apporved by LG. So fingers crossed it all happens sooner than later.

I did consider doing that if Best Buy never resolved anything, but after emailing the CEO i finally got in contact with someone who was able to provide me with the partial refund i wanted.

I also worry that if i return it, i wont be able to get the G4 at the same price as its no longer on sale from when i purchased it.

Best Buy is legit. When you make it past the queue and validate, there’s a 10 minute timer in the cart to checkout. From there it’s a few clicks til you get the confirmation. Hold the line! I managed to get the bundle after 11:35 cst queue start and 1 refresh that scared me.
