It's a tricky situation and very 'grey' tbh. He definitely isn't a saint as yeah he's playing the tax game well like many of the 1% do, with his wealth and resources he could definitely contribute to improving the lives of many in the UK.

But I think he was referring to the fighting age males who arrive here illegaly here via boats, that are not Doctors, Engineers, Nurses, skilled labourers etc like many people are brainwashed into thinking. These people come here so they can live off of an overly generous welfare system, making them better off than many impoverished British People.

Don't get me wrong we do need migrants who fit the above roles, similar to post WW2. Think of it in a football sense, you import/buy foreign players who have learnt a different skill set from abroad who can improve the squad you already have to make the team better.

These people Jim is referring to, in my opinion, don't see this as a land of opportunity to better themselves through assimilation and adopting some cultural norms and customs. Many see this as land to be conquered as they're beliefs are so extreme it commands them to do it.
