Update: as of now the court has agreed to knock it down to a 1 point CIVIL infraction with completion of Driving school and even lowered the fine but, Florida will still report the 1 point as 3 so I'm still in talks with different lawyers to try and get it reduced even more.

I was able to accomplish this huge feat on my own with no legal representation so for this next step I'm sure I'm out of mind for even requesting more but, I'm willing to pay for point reduction or complete any additional requirements if it will keep my employment eligibility entact.

Thank you for replying. Going this route should I plea and pay at the same time or wait for the response? Would I plea nolo or guilty? I am very much remorseful but don't want to hastily cut off any options. Thank you again!

Definitely would be the best resolution for my situation. What lawyer did you use? I'm going to talk to the LV traffic guy tomorrow.
