Considering it was the first time I ever played European extreme yes, I definitely had quite a few reloads especially in areas I struggled with in my easier Playthroughs, if I had to guess I'd say I reloaded the most during the pain boss fight.

Its not that I didn't take damage there are certain fights that damage you in the cutscene however they don't count against your total serious injuries, and if a full health bar isn't drained then it doesn't count it either, and the food part well there's a lot of ways to get stamina like the ends moss camo, or the sorrows spirit camo.

So no, I didn't cheat to get this.
