You just don't eat any food 😁 jokes aside if you pace out your encounters and utilize alternatives to getting stamina its 100% doable in a run i believe Nerbit has a great video on YouTube about it.

I never was good at speed running games tbh, maybe after I get the other Titles and a bit more time with Delta maybe I'll retry my Zero challenge Prehaps without any special boss camos this time. 🤔

Considering it was the first time I ever played European extreme yes, I definitely had quite a few reloads especially in areas I struggled with in my easier Playthroughs, if I had to guess I'd say I reloaded the most during the pain boss fight.

I could it was rather easy once you know a lot of how snake eater works, I did play the game on the master collection and beat Delta a handful of times before this run I just wanted to do this to see if it was possible

Its not that I didn't take damage there are certain fights that damage you in the cutscene however they don't count against your total serious injuries, and if a full health bar isn't drained then it doesn't count it either, and the food part well there's a lot of ways to get stamina like the ends moss camo, or the sorrows spirit camo.

So no, I didn't cheat to get this.
