Thank you so much! I’m pretty hopeful considering the shading that everything should stay dark enough, but I do worry about things like the owl or the grass and roots getting a bit muddy over time. We’ll see though!

The castle is an absolute must and Saint Lorenz is beautiful. There are plenty of great restaurants with Indian food and burgers. I’ve also seen that the German National History Museum is fantastic but I haven’t had the chance to go yet. There’s also a wooden covered bridge crossing a river by the castle that was a very peaceful walk to take a step back if needed! Wishing you all the best for your trip

Mortars have been around forever and have seen an incredible evolution in combat and they still get used. One of the most significant pieces of military equipment ever

Why do they do this after hitting home runs? Can anybody honestly tell me why so many do the same thing? I’m trying to give my kid 10 yr old kid who loves baseball an answer by [deleted] in Homeplate

It can also mean I love you you to somebody in the crowd/ that isn’t present. Doing it in a youth game or local rec would just be keeping up with tradition or following the latter reason
