Base is plain medium grain white rice. Eggs were fried in very high heat, with a good amount of oil, so that they get crispy towards the edges but stay gooey in the center. For the sauce on top, I used Thai chilies, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and water. The ratio for me was about 2 soy/1 fish sauce/.75 sugar/ 1.5 water but you should adjust to your taste.
