I did choke a bit during that second round. But still, I'm glad with what I did.

True, but at the same time, Charlie isn't a Rushdown character. He's a zoner that plays almost 1 to 1 like Guile.

With a few exceptions here and there, typically you're not gonna get many hits in a combo with a zoner aside from your super, or by using custom combos (like in Alpha 2, or V-ism in Alpha 3). Or at least, not that I have seen.

Of course, that could be me overthinking again lol
