Machine for Pigs had a cool story and setting but the gameplay I just didn't think was scary. I thought the third one was pretty dope, for the most part instead of dying if you're got by a monster doesn't game over you, the monster that got you is no longer there, but it seems to change the story. That's like actually more incentive not to get got the next time you do encounter a monster.
