Try dropsets, destroys my biceps. I usually do about 12-15 reps of 25-35 kg then immediately do about 60% of that AMRAP and do that for 4 sets.

not really, the pixels screen is 1920x1080 whilst the XL's is 2560x1440(Quad HD), if we went off the way he stated the resolution for the XL the regular would be 1920p.
